You tell me the type of home and the general areas that you want to live.  I'll search the current market data to make some recommendations on which homebuilders offer homes that match your requirements.  I can send you floor plans, price list and whatever information that you need about these homes. The next step is to meet and let me show you the homes that you want to see.  

I work as your representative and advocate to guide you through the entire home buying process. I will answer your questions regarding financing, construction and contract negotiations.  I will be representing you as a Buyer's agent.
